Starting out roasting beans in the shed in New Zealand back in 1989, Allpress has grown into an international bean slinger and now hustles 'em all over the world.

I drink the espresso blend after punching it through the trusty Aeropress; the daily forearm workout and great all round gift.

The A.R.T espresso roast also gets a notable mention from behind the lens.

BOOK - Disposable by Sean Cliver

Far out, if ya can still find a copy of this beaut absolutely don't hesitate, pick one up!

Just don't buy it on fucking Ebay ($500.00!!!!). Packed full with some of the best skateboard graphics of all time, this board bible has it all. First published in 2004 'Disposable' tells the story behind notable graphics and artists from the last three decades and interviews everyone involved.

Some of my favourites include the story behind Natas Kaupas 'Devil Worship' 101 board and the focus on Mark Gonzales producing art for his pro boards throughout his career.

A history lesson for anyone who's even remotely interested in the development of Skateboarding culture and its evolution.

A solid 10/10 from me.

Brand - FUCT

Forged in the 90's by Erik Brunetti and Natas Kaupas in LA, FUCT have always known how to rial people up in the right kinda way with controversial graphics. A staple for all skateboarders.

The name has a somewhat hidden meaning - 'Friends You Can't Trust'.

30 years later and still releasing top quality goods.

New releases sell out in minutes, making it hard to find down under, wait up all night and pay expensive shipping or head over to Twentyfiftytwo to buy select pieces here in Australia.

Anyway you look at it, its good shit.

Beer - Rogue, Dreamland American Lager

Well well well, the shiny Pokemon card of beers; rare, elusive and expensive.

Costs 'Pub' pricing to drink at home, but fuck its money well spent! A percentage of their profits goes toward building Skateparks around the world. Outta Newport, in Oregon they are 'dedicated to DIY'

Very yummy. I got mine at BlackheartsAndSparrows which have plenty of locations Melbourne wide.

Band - RVG

These Melbournites have done it again. RVG make an honest breed of Australian rock. Their latest release 'Feral' has a whole mixture of goodness and plays great from start to end.

Beer - Moon Dog

This weeks Beer, is from Moon Dog - Melon DeGeneres. Local legends have done it again. This time with a nostalgic 'warhead' sour lollie primary school vibes. Suck em back. Sour lollies are the shit, sour beers are also the shit. These baby's come setup in a tidy 4 pack.

Brand - Crawling Death

Homegrown heroes make good shit. Quality statement pieces including: Totes that read FUCK OFF, jumpers and hats stating SATAN and all the goods sure to impress your mum. The missus says they're a no-go for baby showers, engagement parties and other wholesome gatherings. (Boo!) However, the boss has em green lit for the pub, the park and PARTIES. Two thumbs up.

CIVIC. Who knows how to succinctly type cast bands these days?! Total Bullshit! This band packs raw POWER. But, if you didn't know, NOW YOU DO. Civic fucking rule. Tuff as fuck type of shit you should all be listening to.
